Cranialsacral (CS) Therapy FAQ
How is CS therapy performed?
The therapist uses a light touch to test for restrictions in the CS
system. This is done by monitoring the rhythm of the cerebrospinal
fluids as it flows through the system. The positive effect of this
therapy relies heavily on your body's natural tendency to heal itself.
The therapist's light hands-on approach simply assists the hydraulic
forces inherent in the CS system to improve your body's internal
environment - and strengthen its ability to heal itself.
What specific conditions is CS Therapy useful for?
CS therapy is useful in headaches, neck pain, back pain, stress and
tension, chronic fatigue, emotional difficulties, learning
disabilities, post-traumatic stress as well as coordination
difficulties, infantile disorders, and temporal-mandibular joint
syndrome (TMJ).
